Thailand Visa

Passport Information :

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into the country for which VISA has been requested for. If validity period is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

U.S. citizens do not need a visa to enter Thailand for tourism for a period of 30 days.

Visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

Thailand Tourist Visa

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining & one blank page for visa
• 1- copy of passport( picture page)
• 1-application form, fully completed and signed
• 2-passport type photos (2" x 2", color, front-view, taken within 6 months, and write your name and last name on the back of each photo).
• Copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
• 1 copy of airline ticket (confirmed ticket - showing into and out of Thailand. Either paper ticket or confirmed e-ticket is acceptable. No itinerary or passenger receipt (the last page of your ticket) is accepted.
• 1 copy of applicant's recent bank statement (reflect at least $500 per person, $1,000 per family)
• If the applicant does not have his/her own bank statement, please submit the Affidavit of Support with the bank statement of the person who supports the applicant.

Thailand Business Visa

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and one blank page for visa
• 1- copy of passport( picture page)
• 1-application form, fully completed and signed
• 2-passport type photos ( 2" x 2", color, front-view, taken within 6 months, and write your name and last name on the back of each photo).
• Copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
• An original letter of invitation on company letterhead from the business host in Thailand stating the objective of the visit to Thailand.
• A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the objective of the visit to Thailand.
• A copy of the host's Business Registration and Business license which is issued by the Department of Commercial Registration and certified by the Department not less than 3 months
• A copy of company's profile of the business host in Thailand.
• A copy of list of shareholders from the business host in Thailand.
• Document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand
