Passport Information :
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into the country for which VISA has been requested for. If validity period is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
Turkey Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One application form fully completed and signed
- One recent passport type picture
- A copy of the Resident alien card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
Turkey Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One application form fully completed and signed
- One recent passport type picture
- A copy of the Resident alien card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A letter from the company in the U.S.( on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the trip, the name and telephone number of the contact person in Turkey and that the company will take care of all the financial expenses of the applicant during the intended stay in Turkey
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
